I am looking to rent an industrial type space for my small business. I am looking to sign a lease sometime in late December or early January. While I realize this is a ways off, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to see if anyone has anything that might be available in that time frame. Below is a list that describes my ideal space: Under $700 a month 1200 square feet (approximately) small office restroom heat/ac secure location Ideally would be located in the northside, up as far as Ashland, but would consider something further south If you have anything coming up for rent, please let me know.
